Interrobang revamps and expands Primary Care Health Partners brand identity to unify their member practices, create deeper patient communication, and strengthen recruitment.

Primary Care Health Partners, the largest privately-owned primary care medical group in the state of Vermont, enlisted Interrobang to evolve their existing brand identity and messaging to unify the eleven member practices and increase PCHP brand awareness amongst patients and other practitioners and medical partners. Interrobang also designed and developed a new PCHP website to communicate the regional breadth of the partnership, support the smaller practices with a robust web presence, and all provide PCHP patients with portals to easy ans secure billing, insurance, and scheduling. Printed and digital branded communications were developed to communicate with patients while in the waiting room, and with colleagues and medical partners online.
