Mark Sylvester participates in the 11th Annual Penguin Plunge

Mark Sylvester participates in the 11th Annual Penguin Plunge to benefit the Special Olympics Vermont. He was part of Team Wilkins' Harley-Davidson, formed by the Central Vermont Harley Owner's Group located in Barre, Vermont. The 7 person team raised over $1500.00 for the charity.
