Armed with a Mac but not with a Swiss Army knife...

An Interrobang Studio Story

In 1990, we traveled to the Soviet Union and spent time in Moscow and Ukraine where we worked as Specialists-in-Residence for the traveling exhibit Design USA. The exhibit was produced by the United States Information Agency [USIA] and covered multiple facets of design in the States - car design, kitchen design, architecture, interior, graphic design, and more. For six weeks, about 10,000 people a day came through the exhibit. For many people, this was their first time meeting Americans and was their first real glimpse into life in the United States. Print Magazine printed Mark's report of our experience in 1991. The report was written  as an aid for future Specialists-in-Residence.
